These are the 1990 1992 FULL CHROME not painted type but will still fit all '88-'92 16 wheels that use 3.25 hubs. One of the caps on underside has some rusting/oxidation forming base/steel hub as shown in photos. Up for sale is a set of 4 Lincoln Mark VII 16 wheel 3 1/4 full chrome caps w/steel hubs.
