This was very common with this cap so Ford began using a threaded bolt to keep them on the wheels later production examples.

This listing is for ONE 1 genuine OEM used chrome plated cap stock #0B correct the 1980 1989 Lincoln Town Car model's equipped with factory true-spoke wire wheels as shown in final photo of this. This is NOT new or show quality by any means, but it very hard to find, and VERY expensive from your local dealer if they can locate one.

One of the metal retainers is missing on back side as shown. The steel mounting bolt is still in place which effectively holds it when a nut installed from the back side of wheel. I have ONE more listed separately.
